About our Founder

The Story Behind Joiner

I first started focusing on partnerships and referrals after growing my own businesses through them. They became the most scalable and reliable way I won new business.

My assumption was everyone was doing it like I was, but I was wrong.

I first started focusing on partnerships and referrals after growing my own businesses through them.

They became the most scalable and reliable way I won new business.

My assumption was everyone was doing it like I was, but I was wrong.

In September 2024, I began speaking with founders and small businesses to see what was working for them and what wasn’t.

Over 500 conversations later and more than 50 partnership and referral functions built, the pattern was clear.

Referrals grow small businesses, but finding good partners takes far too long.

I created Joiner to make this easier. It gives founders one place to meet partners, share opportunities, and grow through warm, trusted relationships.

We match people based on shared target markets, complementary services, ideal customer profiles, and the partner types you’ve told us you want to meet. We look at the pains, budgets, industries, and roles you serve, then suggest or introduce founders who naturally fit with your business.

What information do you collect?

We keep it simple. We only collect what helps you find good partners: what your business does, who you help, the industries you serve, the types of partners you want to meet, and your preferred collaboration style. We don’t collect anything sensitive or unnecessary. Equally, if you want to leave simply request us to delete your info and we'll happily remove it from our database.

How do introductions work?

You’ll either receive light match suggestions inside Joiner or, on higher plans, we introduce you directly to founders who clearly fit your partner profile.

What makes someone a ‘verified’ partner or offer?

Verified partners and offers are ones we’ve checked ourselves. We look for clarity, credibility, and whether the offer makes sense for partnerships. Verified listings help you avoid guesswork and give you more confidence when reaching out.
